Terms of Service

Last updated 30 August 2026

Who you are dealing with

ReplyPigeon is run by HS Business Hub, a sole proprietorship in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. It’s one person, and this address reaches me directly: hsbizhub26@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

What the service does

ReplyPigeon reads the public Google reviews for a business you name once per day and uses AI to draft a suggested reply to each new review. Drafts are emailed to you. You decide whether to use them.

ReplyPigeon does not post anything to your Google Business Profile. Publishing a reply is something you do yourself. If that ever changes, it’ll be something you switch on yourself, business by business, and I’ll tell you before it applies to you.

AI-generated content, and your responsibility for it

Replies are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, awkward, or unsuitable. Nobody reads a draft before it reaches you.

You are responsible for anything you publish. Read every draft before you use it. A reply posted under your business name is your statement, not mine, and I’m not liable for what follows from it, including any admission, commitment, or offer it may appear to make.

Drafts answering reviews that mention damage, injury, illness, theft, money or legal action are flagged internally for extra caution, but that flag is a convenience and not a guarantee. Treat every draft as a suggestion.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. Only add a business you own or are authorised to act for. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Trial, price and cancellation

The free trial lasts 7 days or 8 drafted replies, whichever comes first. No card is required to start it.

After that the price is CA$24.99 per month, billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. I don’t pro-rate partial months. If the price changes I’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.

Refunds

If ReplyPigeon didn’t work the way this page says it does, email me within 30 days of the charge and I’ll refund that month. I’d rather refund you than argue about it.

Things this depends on

ReplyPigeon reads review data through Google’s APIs and writes text through a third-party AI provider. If those services change, restrict access, or go down, parts of ReplyPigeon may stop working. I’ll tell you if that turns out to be lasting rather than temporary.

No warranty, and the limit of my liability

The service is provided as is. I don’t promise it will catch every review, run without interruption, or write a reply you like.

To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time. I may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to abuse someone, or is used for a business the account holder has no authority over. If I close your account without cause I’ll refund any unused paid time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

If I change these terms I’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, I’ll email you before it takes effect.
